Our Mission

“Our vision and mission to help those who help others and partner in all around development of the nation” Lakshaya has been active in the field of holistic rural development for over 13 years. It facilitate integrated, participatory and sustainable rural development in villages of distt. Faridabad through guidance, funding, monitoring & self-empowerment processes. ‘’Poverty is a multi-faceted phenomenon. Understanding poverty and its vicious cycle along with how it affects poor families is very important. This understanding will bring attention on the role of women in family income and existing opportunities before women to start such small additional income generation activities’’.

Our Vision

With a vision to provide a platform for individuals to perform selfless service, Lakshaya started a child labour school named as ‘’SAHYOG’’ and women development programme in Sanstha, faridabad this is an opportunity to do our best for the society. The seed was sown – Lakshaya Rural Primary Education for child labour and Cutting Tailoring Training Centre was formed on October 10, 2007. It was also evident that rural women of the communities would benefit from training as multipurpose health workers as well. The first steps were an Training Cum Production Centre with NABARD support in village Bhupani faridabad and community-based economic activities. While implementing outreach Training Programmes in villages, it was pragmatic that the link between the poor women and the reality of village life needed a deeper intervention.
